This Shipping Policy explains how HARRIS DYNAMICS LLC manages order processing, shipping, and delivery for all customers.

Order Processing Time
We work diligently to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.

  • Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll keep you updated via email throughout the fulfillment process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days across the contiguous United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
    Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Coverage
Velvetnmoon ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • The carrier’s name

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to you once the package is accepted by the carrier. If tracking shows the order as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or stolen, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@velvetnmoon.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Our support team will investigate and work toward a fair resolution. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address Policy
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we’ll contact you promptly. You may choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments
To expedite delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If so, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
