All merchandise is authentic and officially licensed. You can order wholesale merchandise from thousands of bands, all on a single, carefully curated website. We offer over 100,000 items in our own warehouse, combined with the extensive inventory held by our suppliers — all in one convenient place.

Once you place your order, we consolidate merchandise from all supply chains into one shipment, reducing shipping costs and improving order accuracy and quality control.

Wholesale Website Order Requirements

• You must have a physical store or website where you sell products.

• You must have a business ID (EIN, SSN, Reseller ID, etc.).

• You must create an account (REGISTER HERE).

• You must receive an acknowledgement email from us approving your account.

• You must place the minimum order.

• Orders must be shipped to a place of business.

• All international orders are subject to additional taxes/duties at the time of shipment.

What Is The Order Minimum?

• Minimum order must be over $300 USD before shipping.

What Does the Different Stock Status Mean?

• “In Stock” items are in our warehouse and will ship within two business days.

• “Ships 7-12 Business Days” items must be brought from other warehouses and combined with “In Stock” items before shipment.

What Is The Order Processing Time?

• If all items are “In Stock”, shipment occurs within two business days.

• If any items are “Ships 7-12 Business Days”, shipment occurs within 14 business days.

• Rarely, if items have not arrived, we will ship them at our expense once available.

What Are The Payment Terms?

• All product is prepaid when the order is placed.

• After your order is complete, you will receive an electronic invoice for taxes/duties and shipping.

• Orders ship only after all fees are paid.

What Are Current Payment Methods?

• We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

• Wire transfer options will be available soon.

What Are Current Domestic Shipping Methods?

• We have discount contracts with major carriers. Shipping costs depend on package size and weight. We compare rates to offer the best option.

What Are Current International Shipping Methods?

• We ship via multiple freight and express carriers.

• Costs vary based on delivery speed.

• Customers are responsible for all customs taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.

• Requested commercial invoices incur an additional $40.00 fee.

Returns

• Due to items being sourced from multiple suppliers, there are no returns.

• Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Check for box damage and refuse the package if damaged.

• Open the order and confirm that you received the correct items.

• If there is an error, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue — your satisfaction is our priority.
